Able Coil & Electronics is a full-service electromagnetic design and manufacturing company serving a wide range of industries including commercial, music, medical, laser, aerospace, communications, automotive, and military products.

Since 1969 Able Coil & Electronics has manufactured precision-wound coils, toroids, transformers, solenoids, cable and connector harnesses, and many other electrical assemblies.

 

Summary

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating new leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and assisting in the seamless on boarding of new business. This role combines direct customer interaction with indirect contact through creation and distribution of promotional materials, responding to customers on social media and elevating the Able Coil & Electronics brand both internally and externally. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and out-bound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering on creating and tracking new opportunity requests
  • Research new customers, understanding their size and providing information on key personnel
  • Maintain and expand the database of new prospects
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations and value proposition
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing customers in database

Marketing Communications

  • Create and implement plans to increase company market share
  • Conduct market research in targeted market to uncover new potential customers
  • Coordinate with marketing outsource partners
  • Develop, create and produce presentations for clients and internal distribution
  • Coordinate the design of promotional materials
  • Create content and actively monitor corporate website and social media pages
  • Proactively outreach to customers and prospects via social media platform
  • Consolidate customer feedback and distribute to company stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in inside sales or marketing communications
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience working in CRM
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Hands on experience with web content management tools
  • Good communicator and highly responsive (strong sense of urgency)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to change
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Computer software experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree
  • Advanced degree in marketing or communications preferred
