Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with the leadership team and providing Human Resource leadership and execution in talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and HR Compliance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop a strategy to attract top talent, improve bench strength, and market the company as an “Employer of Choice”.
    • Recruit, screen and interview job applicants to fill entry-level, professional and technical job openings.
  • Talent Management
    • Implement and execute the employee on-boarding process.
    • Advise managers on the performance feedback and evaluation process.
    • Counsel employees and managers on career planning, conflict resolution and work related challenges.
    • Advises managers on performance management including appropriate corrective counseling, training and development, and progressive discipline techniques and processes.
    • Manage the disciplinary action process, including warnings and terminations in conjunction with management staff.
    • Conduct off-boarding and exit interviews.
  • Employee Relations
    • Contributes actively to the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy.
    • Establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders ranging from hourly employees to executives.
    • Champions a culture that promotes employee engagement, customer focus and diversity as well as company core values.
    • Maintain a presence in the organization by providing coaching, focusing on performance management, staff and leadership development.
    • Draft or revise job descriptions as needed.
  • HR Compliance
    • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance.
    • Ensures compliance with all legal and government reporting regulations affecting the human resources function (EEO, Affirmative Action, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.).
    • Maintain/update the Company’s Human Resources Policies & Procedures, ensuring they reflect company practices and standards.
    • Administers other HR policies and programs. Recommend and implement revisions to policies, programs and practices as needed.
  • Special Projects as assigned

 

Education and Experience

  • BA in Business, Human Resources or similar
  • Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven success in recruiting and talent management leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

 

Success Criteria:

30 Days:

  • Develop a plan for an HRM system (IT will implement).

Warehouse Clerk

Summary 

Able Coil & Electronics relies on the Warehouse Clerk to accurately manage, process, and audit raw materials and finished goods.  This role works closely with the ACE operations team, vendors, shipping companies, and customer receiving departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials through the operation and to our end customers.  A successful Warehouse Clerk is organized, thorough, and takes pride in quickly and accurately performing all duties of the position.

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Accurately and efficiently processes material transactions in the MAX ERP system
  • Regularly monitors and cycle counts warehouse, bulk, and WIP inventory
  • Maintains effective material management in the warehouse and WIP stocking locations
  • Processes Incoming material
    • Receive
    • Validate
    • Label
    • Stock
  • Kits and De-kits raw materials to and from the production floor
  • Works closely with production team to ensure shop orders are kitted on time
  • Tracks delivery of customer supplied materials for pending orders
  • Prepares finished product shipment paperwork

    • Secure packaging (Unique Product Shapes)
  • Works effectively in customer and freight company shipping portals
  • Arranges for customer pick-up of finished goods

Qualifications

  • Experience working in material management for a minimum of 2 years
  • Can effectively work independently or within a team
  • Demonstrates strong communication, writing, and math skills
  • Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and engagement to satisfy production and customer needs
  • Excellent organizational skills

Summary

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating new leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and assisting in the seamless on boarding of new business. This role combines direct customer interaction with indirect contact through creation and distribution of promotional materials, responding to customers on social media and elevating the Able Coil & Electronics brand both internally and externally. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and out-bound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering on creating and tracking new opportunity requests
  • Research new customers, understanding their size and providing information on key personnel
  • Maintain and expand the database of new prospects
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations and value proposition
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing customers in database

Marketing Communications

  • Create and implement plans to increase company market share
  • Conduct market research in targeted market to uncover new potential customers

Summary

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for design and development of new products, taking them from a concept through the manufacturing process.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Include the following, other duties may be assigned  

  • Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by:
    • Studying customer requirements
    • Researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
    • Soliciting observations from Operations
  • Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components
  • Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes
  • Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials
